Viz Media publishes the Hana-Kimi manga series in English and summarizes the main synopsis as:
Japanese-American track-and-field star Mizuki has managed to transfer to a high school in Japan…but not just any school! To be near her idol, high jumper Izumi Sano, she’s enrolling in an all-boys’ high school…and posing as a boy! But as luck would have it, they’re more than just classmates…they’re roommates! Now, Mizuki has to keep her secret in class, the locker room, and even in her own bedroom. And her classmates—and the school nurse—must deal with a new transfer student who might make them reevaluate their own orientations…
