The highly anticipated sixth season of the enduring historical war anime is set to debut in Japan on October 4, 2025. The latest trailer gives a glimpse of the ending theme song “Hoko” performed by Sora Tomonari.
Furthermore, the official Twitter/X account for the anime has confirmed several new cast members, which are as follows:
- • Taito Ban as Shun Sui Ji
- • Hiroki Tochi as Ba Nan Ji
- • Hideaki Tezuka as Chou Ga Ryu
- • Kyosuke Mano as Gyou’un
- • Kento Fujinuma as Danto

Shin and Hyou are war-orphans in the kingdom of Qin. Their aspiration is to distinguish themselves on the battlefield until the day Hyou is taken by a minister. He manages to escape and returns to his village but is gravely injured. Shin then encounters a mysterious boy who strikingly resembles Hyou — a boy destined to become an emperor!
