Image source: Manga Mavericks BooksManga Mavericks Books has revealed the digital launch of the one-shot manga travelogue, First Time in Taiwan: A Delicious Adventure scheduled for October 22, 2025. A physical edition of the manga will be released shortly after on December 16, 2025.
The publisher disclosed that it licensed the manga for English distribution at Anime Expo 2025 earlier in July.
The one-shot manga is both written and illustrated by Muta Yuki, an artist residing in the Nara prefecture of Japan. Yuki was awarded the SAKURA Exhibition WACOM Award in May 2019.
Aside from their independent works, Yuki previously published two chapters of the series MAMIE TAYLOR in Kadokawa’s Aokishi manga magazine during 2022 and 2023.
