May I Ask for One Final Thing? is scheduled to air in the Fall 2025 anime season. It is adapted from the light novel series penned by Nana Otori and illustrated by Satsuki. Alpha Manga summarizes the premise of the Sora Hoonoki-illustrated manga adaptation as:
During a ball, Scarlet’s fiancé, Kyle, abruptly terminates their engagement. She finds herself falsely accused of being a bully and branded a “Villainess.” The elite and noble families all turn against her. For years, she endured his mistreatment and foolishness, but she can’t endure it any longer! In her frustration, she requests one last favor; to deliver a solid punch to his face. Thus begins Scarlet’s quest for vengeance against Kyle and his associates! A fantastical tale of an elegant yet defiant warrior who refuses to let anyone exploit her!!
May I Ask for One Final Thing? originated as a web novel on Alphapolis in April 2018. The light novel series, which is released under the Regina Books label, commenced in August 2018 and consists of five volumes as of October 2024.
