Also announced:
• CHiCO with HoneyWorks’ “Senjou no Hana” will serve as the opening theme
• Shiyui’s “Inferior” will be the ending theme
• A pre-screening event is scheduled for September 28 JST at United Cinemas Toyosu
May I Ask for One Final Thing? is adapted from the light novel series authored by Nana Otori and illustrated by Satsuki. Alpha Manga summarizes the plot of the Sora Hoonoki-illustrated manga adaptation as:
During a ball, Scarlet’s fiancé, Kyle, unexpectedly terminates their engagement. She faces false accusations of bullying and is unjustly labeled a “Villainess.” The aristocrats and noble families all turn against her. For years, she endured his mistreatment, but she has reached her limit! Desperate, she requests one final favor; to deliver a solid punch to his face. Thus begins Scarlet’s journey of vengeance against Kyle and his gang! A fantasy about a dignified yet defiant warrior who refuses to be exploited!
The light novel series, released under the Regina Books label, began in August 2018 and has five volumes available as of October 2024.
