The inaugural special visual has been unveiled for the forthcoming Secrets of the Silent Witch TV anime, highlighting the series’ student council along with a brief appearance from Monica Everett. The anime is set to premiere in Japan on July 4, 2025.
Voice actor Shunichi Toki has also been added to the cast, portraying an unnamed “mysterious man.”
The anime draws inspiration from the fantasy light novels crafted by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. It debuted with Kadokawa’s earlier Fujimi Shobo imprint on June 10, 2021, and nine main volumes (including a short story volume) have been released as of February 2025. A 10th volume is anticipated to come out on July 10, 2025. The narrative initially appeared as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel from February 20, 2020, to October 3, 2020.
A manga adaptation of the primary light novel series by Tobi Tana commenced in July 2021, in addition to a prequel light novel series and manga. Yen Press oversees the English releases of both the light novels and manga.
Crunchyroll will be streaming Secrets of the Silent Witch globally, excluding Japan, and provides the following initial synopsis:

However, beneath her prodigious exterior lies a young woman who is… extraordinarily shy! Yes, it appears she mastered Voiceless Magic to evade speaking publicly. Unaware of this, the Seven Sages have assigned her a top-secret task to protect the Second Prince.
