The Secrets of the Silent Witch television anime has unveiled a second trailer, key visual, and is set to premiere on July 4 JST (effectively July 5 at 12 AM JST).
It has been announced that Hitsujibungaku will perform the opening and ending themes, with the latter (featured in the new trailer) titled “mild days.” Additionally, Hina Suguta and Shunichi Toki are joining the cast as Casey Grove and an unnamed “mysterious man,” respectively.

Secrets of the Silent Witch is adapted from the KADOKAWA BOOKS light novels authored by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. The series commenced in June 2021 and consists of nine volumes as of February 2025. Yen Press summarizes the plot as follows:
Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the solitary mage capable of employing unchanted magecraft, recognized as a true hero who defeated a legendary black dragon alone. However, this young prodigy is actually…extremely shy! Indeed: She mastered the art of silent spellcasting to avoid public speaking, and despite her abilities, she struggles with self-confidence. Now, Monica has been entrusted with the covert protection of the second prince. Will she manage to hold it together as she confronts the sinister forces targeting the prince and the challenges of social interactions?
The narrative originally began as a Shousetsuka ni Narou web novel in February 2020. A manga adaptation exists created by Tobi Tana.
