Warner Bros. Japan LLC has shared that STEEL BALL RUN JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is currently in development. An announcement trailer, teaser poster, and visuals of the main characters have been unveiled.
The forthcoming series is adapted from the original spin-off manga by the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure creator Hirohiko Araki. Released in 2004 by Shueisha, the narrative follows fan-favorite “JoJo,” Johnny Joestar, along with his adventurous companion Gyro Zeppeli.
Synopsis from English-language publisher VIZ Media: Competitors from across the globe assemble in the Wild West for the race of a lifetime! Johnny Joestar, a retired jockey paralyzed from the waist down, comes to observe and temporarily regains his ability to walk while witnessing a duel fought by Gyro Zeppeli. Eager to understand this newfound power, Johnny participates in the race alongside Gyro and embarks on the most thrilling and bizarre competition ever to traverse the American frontier!
