Takaya Kuroda Joins the Cast of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince Season 2

Voice actor Takaya Kuroda is now part of the voice cast for the currently running second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability. This season of the anime series commenced airing in Japan on July 9, 2025, and will consist of 12 episodes.
Kuroda is lending his voice to the character Kanzenshoku and will feature in the ninth episode of the second season (21st overall), scheduled for release on September 3, 2025.

Jin Tamamura (A Sister’s All You Need series director) is at the helm for the second season, with Naoki Tozuka (T.P. Sakura: Time Paladin Sakura) serving as series screenwriter and scriptwriter. Naru Nishikori (Shadowverse Flame in-between checker) handles character design and chief animation direction, Yuuichi Abe (Superior Defender Gundam Force director) is the action director, and R.O.N composes the music. 
The original light novel series, crafted by Kenkyo na Circle and illustrated by Meru, was first published by Kodansha’s Ranobe Bunko on July 2, 2020, with 10 volumes released as of July 2025. It initially started as a web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro on October 31, 2019.
A manga adaptation by Yosuke Kokuzawa debuted in June 2020 and is available in English from Kodansha USA.
