Source: Anime NYC / LeftField MediaLeftField Media, the convention organizers behind Anime NYC, revealed that this year’s 4-day event welcomed 148,000 attendees, up from 101,000 in 2024. This was the first year the event began on Thursday, which allowed for a few hours of access to the Exhibitor & Artist Alley and included programming by Netflix. The event is set to return to the Javits Convention Center in New York City from August 20-23, 2026.
