It was also shared that the ending theme song is GLASGOW‘s “Souvenir” and that voice actors Tasuku Hatanaka and Makoto Ito are joining the cast as Tsutomu Shinbashi and Keisuke Ueno, respectively.
April Showers Bring May Flowers is adapted from the manga by Roku Sakura, which Yen Press summarizes as:
Pessimistic high school student Hana Tabata believes her life could never resemble that of a heroine from the shoujo manga she reads—she’s convinced she’s unattractive, and she’s always by herself. However, she can’t resist imagining herself as a leading lady while she’s changing flowers one early morning…until her charming classmate Yousuke Ueno catches her in the act! At first, Hana struggles to comprehend his kind words, but as they become closer, she realizes her life is gradually transforming…
The manga was serialized in KADOKAWA’s Young Ace from 2016 to 2022 and is compiled into 12 tankoubon volumes.
