© 謙虚なサークル・講談社／「第七王子」製作委員会 Voice actress Nako Misaki is joining the cast of the upcoming second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability TV anime series, where she will also perform the new ending theme song. The second season is anticipated to start airing in Japan on July 9, 2025.
Misaki will lend her voice to the character Lami and will perform the second season’s ending theme “Meteor.”

Jin Tamamura (A Sister’s All You Need series director) directed the first season, with Naoki Tozuka (T.P. Sakura: Time Paladin Sakura) as series screenwriter and scriptwriter, Naru Nishikori (Shadowverse Flame in-between checker) as character designer and chief animation director, Yuuichi Abe (Superior Defender Gundam Force director) as action director, and R.O.N as music composer. Tsumugi Akita Animation Lab handled the animation production.
The anime is based on the light novel series penned by Kenkyo na Circle and illustrated by Meru. It was first published by Kodansha’s Ranobe Bunko on July 2, 2020, and has released nine volumes as of April 2025. The series began as a web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro on October 31, 2019.
A manga adaptation by Yosuke Kokuzawa began serialization on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket website and app on June 27, 2020. Eighteen tankobon volumes have been released as of February 2025. Kodansha USA publishes the English version of the manga series.
A spinoff manga by Keiri Amamiya was launched in Magazine Pocket on February 17, 2024.
