© 2025 RN,C/K/PTDDP A new character trailer has been released for the upcoming Private Tutor to the Duke’s Daughter TV anime series, showcasing the main heroine Tina Howard’s efforts to learn magic. The anime will debut in Japan on July 5, 2025.
Nobuyoshi Nagayama (Love Flops, Ayaka, Vampire Dormitory) is at the helm of the anime series, with Kazuya Ishiguri (Vampire Dormitory) serving as assistant director, Megumi Shimizu (Tomo-chan Is a Girl!) as the series screenwriter, Akiko Yokota (Girlfriend, Girlfriend) handling character design, and Sayaka Takemoto (Beyblade X sub-character designer) working as sub-character designer. The animation production is managed by Studio Blanc.

The anime is adapted from the fantasy light novel series, authored by Riku Nanano and illustrated by cura. It was first released under Kadokawa’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint on December 20, 2018, and has published 19 volumes as of April 2025. A 20th volume is set to come out on July 18, 2025.
The series originated as a web novel on Kakuyomu on October 6, 2017. It also inspired a 2018 manga adaptation by Tamura Muto, which has published four tankobon volumes as of February 2024.
