The series initially premiered in Japan on July 5, 2025. Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ Deluxe Arc started streaming on January 11, 2025, via platforms like Amazon Prime Video, d Anime Store, and Niconico.
The Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ anime series is helmed by Taku Yamada (Dropkick on My Devil X), with Tomokatsu Nagasaku (Battle Game in 5 Seconds) and Hiroyuki Saita (Revue Starlight) serving as character designers. The screenplay is crafted by Shun Menjo (Cardfight Vanguard DivineZ seasons 1-2) and Takahito Onishi (My Happy Marriage), while Hijiri Kuwano composes the music. The original character designs are credited to CLAMP. The series is co-produced by Kinema Citrus, Gift Animation, and STUDIO JEMI.

Comic Natalie previously mentioned that the TV anime adaptations of the Cardfight Vanguard!! multimedia franchise had approximately 582 episodes. The franchise’s official Twitter/X account later announced that production of the anime series would persist until reaching 700 total episodes.
Earlier entries (excluding the individual seasons of each series) comprise 2011’s Cardfight!! Vanguard, 2014’s Cardfight!! Vanguard G, and 2018’s Cardfight!! Vanguard (a new rendition of the 2011 anime). The Cardfight!! Vanguard anime franchise’s D Series encompasses 2021’s Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress, 2022’s Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress, and the ongoing Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ.
The Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ anime series currently consists of two seasons, with the new Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ Deluxe Arc also available with English subtitles on the official Cardfight!! Vanguard YouTube channel. In January 2023, it was revealed that the overall D Series would comprise nine seasons, with plans for a 10th season and further developments also in progress.
