The series is set to premiere in Japan on July 7, 2025, and is anticipated to consist of six episodes.
Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 1 and 2, How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer) is directing the anime, with Kyuta Sakai (Re:ZERO Season 1 and 2) serving as character designer and chief animation director, while Jukki Hanada (Sound! Euphonium, Girls Band Cry) is on board as the series screenwriter. Animation production for the series is being managed by Atelier Pontdarc.
The anime’s voice cast features:

This anime adaptation is based on the manga series by Shinichiro Nariie, which initially began as a Twitter web comic before gaining serialization on Kadokawa Shoten’s Comic Newtype website on March 10, 2020. As of March 2025, two tankobon volumes have been published, with the second volume titled See You Tomorrow At The Food Court Season 2.
