Remow Co., Ltd. has unveiled the latest trailer for the highly anticipated anime series With You, Our Love Will Make It Through (a.k.a. Kimikoe), which is based on the beloved shoujo manga by Chihiro Yuzuki (serialized in the Manga Mee app, published by Shueisha). Additionally, it has been announced that the series will premiere across various networks in Japan this October, with global streaming details to be provided at a later date.
The trailer showcases the interaction between the human lead, Mari Asaka (voiced by Manaka Iwami), and Tsunagu Hidaka, a beastfolk boy (Takuya Eguchi). It also hints at classmate Yukihiro Aida’s (Kotaro Nishiyama) hidden affection, providing a taste of the poignant high school romance that awaits.
The latest preview announces that Ai Kakuma will lend her voice to Kisara, and the opening theme will be “Kusuguttai,” performed by CHiCO alongside HoneyWorks.

“Mari is a human who empathizes with others, transforming those feelings into action. Tsunagu, a beastfolk, occasionally refrains from acting for the benefit of others. Despite their differing backgrounds, both characters are compassionate and deeply care for their loved ones. I’m excited for viewers to see Kisara’s involvement with them as the plot develops,” Kakuma shared in the announcement. “Also, Kisara happens to be a feline-type beastfolk. I can’t wait to see her tail animated…”
Synopsis: In the year 20XX, beastfolk represent a minor portion of human society. An outstanding student, Tsunagu, who is a beastfolk, enters the classroom of Mari, a human high school student residing in a town where both species live side by side. Although initially uncertain about meeting a beastfolk, Mari becomes increasingly attracted to the gentle and sincere Tsunagu as they interact as classmates. Likewise, Tsunagu finds himself enchanted by the “sweet smell” that follows Mari, along with her beauty and tenacity. However, in a world where beastfolk are segregated behind barriers, mere physical proximity to a human invites intrigue … not to mention the complications of romantic feelings. What fate awaits their love that knows no species boundaries?
The series is helmed by Shin Itagaki, who is also responsible for series composition and script, alongside Hiromi Kimura, who serves as character designer, with Millepensee handling the animation production. Additional team members include art director Masakazu Miyake, color designer Miyuki Kibata, and composer Akiyoshi Yasuda.
