This series is set to have its world premiere on October 4, 2025, at the Global Stage Hollywood Film Festival at the TCL Theater in Los Angeles.
The initial cour of the series debuted on April 6, 2025 JST.
Japanese rock band 10-FEET will perform the opening theme song featured in the trailer, titled “Spurt Syndrome.”
Umamusume: Cinderella Gray is adapted from the manga illustrated by Taiyo Kuzumi. It began serialization in 2020 in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump and has published 21 manga volumes as of September 2025. The series is part of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby multimedia franchise created by Cygames. It first gained popularity as a mobile game in 2021 and has subsequently inspired several anime adaptations and spin-offs. The game was made available globally in June 2025.
